In this role, you will: - Lead, manage, and develop a team of direct reports in providing an exceptional customer experience, focused on service, advice, and guidance; identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience
- Lead a highly defined customer engagement process, coaching to specific behaviors that lead to an enhanced customer experience and drive growth in the business
- Resolve tactical issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the business to meet Branch Network business objectives
- Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience
- Lead accountability for operational excellence and execute policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations, as well as audit and escalation procedures
- Coach bankers to engage customers to understand their needs and work proactively to build relationships and help customers succeed financially
- Meet customer needs by assisting with transactions, as needed; serve as a role model by delivering an exceptional customer experience and focusing on building relationships
- Coach, develop, and build a diverse team of high-performing direct reports to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business
- Lead a team of direct reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and accountability, generates commitment, and motivates teams to achieve business outcomes
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for the branch; be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff
- This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below
Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience

- This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) website ( provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position. Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary
