About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Program Officer (CPO) to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of its integrated educational initiatives. The CPO will be instrumental in shaping the future of education in the community, with a focus on program sustainability and expansion. This key leadership role involves overseeing the Community Education Initiative and afterschool programming, as well as working to develop new initiatives in early childhood education, family literacy, and pre-college/workforce development.
