What the job involves:We are currently seeking a Data Analyst Summer Intern to join our team. In this role, you will learn site budget development, our Workorder Management and Business Intelligence applications and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As a Summer Intern in Data Analyst at JLL, you will: Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain up-to-date records and ensure data integrity across various systems. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to streamline operations and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across multiple platforms to ensure security and compliance with organizational policies. Execute diverse administrative tasks to support daily operations, including scheduling, file management, and correspondence handling. Apply creative problem-solving techniques to address complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and improve operational efficiency. Program Details Dates: June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025 Location: Must reside within Eastern or Central Standard Time zone. Education, Skills, and Experience Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 1-2 years completed majoring in Engineering Business, Finance, Accounting. Strong financial acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to think and work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines Desire to learn more about our industry We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.
