Job Overview:
The Data Analyst position is an entry-level role responsible for accurately entering, managing, and verifying data related to vehicle titles and registrations. This position provides on-the-job training and opportunities to develop foundational skills in data analysis and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Verification:
Input title and registration data into company systems with high accuracy.
Review and verify information to ensure data integrity.

Basic Data Reporting:
Assist in creating simple reports and summaries of title and registration activities.
Maintain up-to-date records for easy reporting and compliance checks.

Document Review:
Examine title and registration documents to confirm they meet required standards.
Flag and resolve discrepancies by working with team members or external contacts.

Collaboration:
Communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve data issues.
Support process improvements by providing feedback on workflows.

General Administrative Support:
Help organize and maintain files and records for efficient access.
Perform other tasks as assigned to assist the team.

Qualifications :

Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience :
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is a plus but not necessary.

Skills :
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
