Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of creating and implementing successful online marketing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead a team, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimize ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating new strategies and tools to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring timely delivery of services and achieving desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of all major digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team of marketing professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications in relevant digital marketing areas (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
