Job Description
We are seeking a flooring department manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail store and the flooring installers.
We'll consider an entry level flooring installer for this position who is interested in advancing in the field. This entry level Flooring Department managerial position requires min.5 years of installation experience.
Responsibilities :
Supervise team of Installers period
Perform site checks with measurements, order product
Train and evaluate new employees In a flooring department environment
Attend weekly department head meetings to track results and trends for or business forecasting.
Resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail customer service In a flooring department in vironment
Ability to thrive in a fast paste environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Leadership qualities
