As our  Graphics and Content Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how we market and showcase our properties. From crafting compelling marketing materials to harnessing the power of AI and technology, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to elevate our brand and expand our digital footprint. This role offers the perfect blend of creativity, administrative prowess, and a drive to excel in the fast-paced world of real estate marketing.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
  • Paid Time Off

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Lead the marketing team in creating and distributing engaging content across various online platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to real estate marketing projects.
  • Manage and maintain agent social media accounts, including regular posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to promote new listings, under-contract properties, and closings.
  • Enter New Construction listings into the MLS database accurately and in a timely manner to maximize exposure.
  • Implement marketing programs for clients and agents.
  • Develop and maintain a Marketing Calendar with a timeline for mailings, events, and other marketing activities.
  • Create flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials for open houses, client events, and agent promotions.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of postcards, including monthly agent promos and just listed/just sold announcements.
  • Plan and execute quarterly events, including coordinating logistics, managing expenses, and conducting mail and email blasts to promote attendance.
  • Produce and distribute a monthly newsletter via email to keep clients and prospects informed about market trends, listings, and company updates.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in office administration or similar roles, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology and AI to drive innovation.
  • Desire to obtain a real estate license and willingness to pursue ongoing education in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tactics.
