What it's like to be a Housekeeper/Ambulance Driver - Part Time Nights at Housekeeper/Ambulance Driver - Part Time NightsAs a Part Time Housekeeper/Ambulance Driver at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinics, you will follow shift cleaning assignments to ensure our facilities are safe and sanitary. In addition to replenishing supplies, you will also play a crucial role in driving an ambulance in various situations, both emergent and non-emergent. Your responsibilities will include assisting in maintaining ambulance cleanliness, restocking supplies, and working closely with other EMS and EVS personnel to deliver excellent patient care. This dual-purpose position offers a fulfilling opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our patients and community while gaining valuable experience in both healthcare support and emergency services.
What we're looking for in a Housekeeper/Ambulance Driver - Part Time NightsTo excel in the role of Part Time Housekeeper/Ambulance Driver at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinics, candidates should possess a High School Diploma and Basic Life Saving Certification. Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and patients. While former healthcare experience in Environmental Services or with an Ambulance Service is preferred, it is not required.
Candidates with an EMT Certification are highly desired for this position. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, along with a solid understanding of healthcare protocols and safety procedures, will contribute to success in this dynamic and dual-purpose role.
