Job DescriptionWe are working closely with our creative marketing agency to find a Junior Web Designer for a project-based role! As a Junior Web Designer , you'll be diving into a world where creativity meets functionality. You will play a crucial role in designing engaging and user-friendly websites that align with the agency's clients' branding and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development: Conceptualize and design visually appealing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces that are both functional and attractive.
Collaboration: Work closely with the senior designers and marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client specifications.
Content Integration: Ensure seamless integration of text, images, videos, and other content elements into web pages.
Responsive Design: Create designs that are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent user experience across all platforms.
Feedback Implementation: Make revisions based on feedback from clients and team members to ensure the final product meets quality standards and client expectations.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Qualifications
Educational Background: A degree or certification in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience: Some prior experience in web design, either through internships, freelance projects, or previous job roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and feedback effectively.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
