Job Overview:
As a Live Chat Agent at Eagan Insurance, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance through our online platform. You will provide real-time support by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through our services and products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely information about our insurance services and products.
  • Assist clients with navigating the website, submitting claims, obtaining quotes, and completing other insurance-related processes.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring that follow-up actions are taken as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, insurance offerings, and procedures to provide the most accurate and relevant information to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, and prioritize customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with live chat software and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
