TheraEx Staffing Services - APP is seeking a Physician Assistant Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery for a locum tenens job in Portland, Oregon.
Job Description & Requirements Job Details:
•\tPay: $125 Hr.
•\tCoverage: October 1,2024-March 31, 2025, Full-time coverage needed.
•\tShifts are Monday- Friday, 7am-5pm
•\tCall is beeper call; however, you work during the day and then are on beeper call at night.
•\tDuring the weekends you come in and round and then carry the beeper outside the hospital once the in housework is complete.
•\t1:4 call frequency. Roughly one day per week and one weekend per month (weekends are Friday 7a - Monday 7a)
•\tSkills: Vein harvest with Maquet equipment and open radial or harmonic scalpel technique
•\tPatients per shift: 11
•\tEMR: Epic
•\tCredentialing timeframe: 60 days
•\t
Requirements:
•\tActive unrestricted OR License
•\tActive ACLS & BLS certifications
•\tMinimum 3 years of experience in CV surgery
•\tBoard Certified
•\tFull-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
•\tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
