The responsibilities of the Preventative Maintenance Tech (HVAC) include but are not limited to performing general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms/suites, meeting space, restaurant and common areas. The Preventative Maintenance Tech (HVAC) will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment.
