Location:  Madison, WI

Position: Full-time

Duties:

• Greet and assist VA patients as they arrive, providing valet parking services to ensure convenient access to medical facilities.
• Safely park and retrieve patient vehicles, managing both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Provide customer service, including offering directions, wheelchair assistance, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Monitor and manage parking areas to maximize space and facilitate smooth traffic flow.
• Handle vehicle claim tickets, ensuring cars are returned promptly within 10 minutes of the request.
• Secure all valet-parked vehicles and maintain orderly storage of keys.

Requirements:

• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients, many of whom may have mobility challenges.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks in all weather conditions.
