Who We Are:

Goodwill’s motto is “a hand up, not a handout.” Goodwill Northern New England is a nonprofit social enterprise that helps people achieve their life and work goals.

Goodwill of Northern New England is a champion for sustainability. Through our stores and donation centers, we keep millions of pounds of stuff from entering local landfills every year. Our commitment to reuse benefits the planet by reducing waste and helps fund our many programs, creating a positive social and environmental impact cycle. We are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in our communities and planet.

In addition to employment that is fulfilling, meaningful, and supportive, Goodwill employees also receive:

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
403(b) retirement plan with Employer Match
Employer Paid Short & Long Term Disability
Employer-paid Life Insurance
Generous Paid Time Off Plan
Paid Holidays
30% Employee discount at Goodwill stores in ME, NH & VT
Exceptional career growth opportunities
Discount on personal cell phone plans
Local community discounts
Caring coworkers/team that supports you!

Goodwill NNE also offers private “life navigation” services to anyone who wants it; that might include free counseling and other services. All employees have free access to telehealth services — whether you or your family member has a sore throat or wants support with mental health.
