About Janie Health

Janie provides front and back office support to medical and dental practices, support organizations, and contact centers. We are automating the healthcare front desk with AI solutions and remote office support. We're growing extremely fast and are looking for driven sales professionals to join our team.

Compensation

  • OTE = $70,000 - $80,000 *uncapped
  • Career progression plan in place for increased earnings potential up to $150K OTE

What will you do?

  • Make 50-75 calls per day to healthcare practices, dental offices, and medical contact centers.
  • Qualify and schedule meetings with healthcare professionals who can benefit from our services.
  • Have fun! Work hard but we also love to play hard

Interview Process

  • Phone screen with VP of Sales (10-15 mins)
  • Formal remote behavioral interview with founders (1 hour)
  • Role Play Interview - Over Zoom, you’ll role-play 2 cold call scenarios and present a 10-minute sales pitch.
  • We provide a hiring decision within 48 hours
