Digital Giant is a multi-discipline imaging and production studio co-founded by friends and experienced industry professionals Dallas Carroll and Alex Pickup, working primarily out of Los Angeles and London.

We are now seeking to appoint a Studio Data (Traffic) Manager to join our New Business and Account Management team in the US. We are looking for a dynamic and highly detail-orientated candidate to manage the intake and handling of all incoming project data from our clients, to work with internal teams during the project lifecycle, and to facilitate the delivery of all finished assets. In this role you will work across numerous areas of the business, be exposed to many development opportunities, and will play a vital role in the continued success of our creative business!

Key responsibilities:

• Work as part of the New Business and Account Management team to be the single-point of intake for all project data, information, directions, files, and timings from the client.
• Take all data received and organize in a way that can be handled by our internal systems, and used in an efficient manner by our team.
• Gather, organize, quality check, and deliver digital assets to the client.
• Communicate, plan, and strategize with studio producers and artists on both upcoming and in-flight client projects.
• Monitor the status of all jobs to help effectively plan your time, and to anticipate risks before they become issues. 
• Regularly communicate with the client in a timely manner regarding information, directions, feedback, timings, and deliveries.

Experienced required :

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• You're personable, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Highly computer literate with a strong aptitude for analyzing and organizing data.
• A basic level understanding of CG image production.
