Position Overview:
As a Truck and Trailer Paint & Body Technician for Reliable Carriers, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of our trucks and trailers. Reliable Carriers is North America's largest specialty auto transport company. We maintain our fleet of trucks & auto transport trailers in house. Your expertise will ensure that our vehicles not only look great but also perform optimally during transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform paint and body repairs on trucks and trailers, addressing damages, scratches, dents, and other cosmetic issues to maintain the fleet's appearance.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques to execute paint blending, matching, and refinishing, ensuring a seamless appearance across the fleet.
• Collaborate closely with fleet managers and maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize repairs, minimizing downtime and optimizing vehicle availability.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, materials used, and work completed for accurate tracking and reporting purposes.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations while working on vehicles and within the facility.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Truck and Trailer Paint & Body Technician or similar role within a commercial vehicle or transport fleet.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle paint systems, including application techniques and refinishing processes.
• Proficiency in assessing and repairing various types of damage on trucks and trailers.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and complete repairs efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with fleet managers.
